- The newer dollar coins (since about 2000?) are gold in color, and have a plain edge like a penny or nickel. You don't confuse a penny and a dime do you? They are closer in size then a quarter and dollar coin.

- I have seen nuclear plants that have water storage systems to 'store' the excess power generated at night. I would assume that eventually they could do something like this during the day and then run the hydro power at night if their needs were high enough.
